Withdrawal / Order Cancellation
Cancellation can be made within 2 days from the date the order is placed and before it has been shipped. Withdrawal or cancellation of the order may occur in the following cases:

Before completing the order: During the ordering process, you may click the “Delete” button located in the “Cart.” By clicking this link, the product is automatically removed from your cart.

Order Delay: An order may be delayed in cases of payment via bank deposit, as we ship our products only after the bank transfer has been completed.
After the product has been shipped, the following terms apply:
Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days and only if the products are new, unopened, their packaging has not been tampered with, they are in their original condition, and are accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).
In the case of a return, the customer will bear the corresponding shipping costs, except in cases where, due to the company’s fault, incorrect products or products with actual defects were sent. In such cases, we undertake all shipping costs for both the returned and replacement product.
A refund claim or withdrawal is accepted only if the products are in their original packaging and have not been opened.
